Brief Description : Women’s Organization for Rights and Development (WORD) has been working on the social, economic and political advancement of women and young girls since 2009. WORD is advocating for creating spaces for women in the democratic model, to end violence against women, for protection of women workers and their economic rights and for gender equality. WORD has played a key role in the passage of Anti Sexual Harassment Act and its implementation across Pakistan.
